Film/Slide Services

We will use our state-of-the-art equipment to professionally transfer your slides and 8mm/Super8 film to either Mini-DV or DVD.  We can also professionally edit your films and add graphics and titles to them.  They will be then mastered to either Mini-DV or a DVD with chapter points.  We also color correct and enhance your films and photos to provide superior results.

Many of our competitors insist on making VHS masters before digitizing your footage for DVD mastering.  This step greatly degrades the quality of the finished project.  Our process takes your film or slides and digitizes it directly into our editing station for mastering.  We professional clean and inspect your film before we begin the process.  Your film will be treated as the irreplaceable treasure that it is.  Our equipment uses a cool scan method that prevents damage to your film.

For the ultimate family heirloom we suggest combining our film and photo scan service with a video biography.  By combining these two wonderful services you can create a family treasure that will last for generations. 

Pricing

8mm or Super8 film transfers are priced at $15 per 50 foot increment.  This price includes cleaning prior to transfer.  For more than 250 feet a discount will apply. With minimum of 200 feet one DVD is included.  Less than 200 feet first DVD is $7.50

• Editing of footage $50 per hour of finished tape/DVD

• Graphics and titling is $10 per hour of finished tape/DVD

Slide/Photo/Negative scanning.  We can scan nearly any format photo, negative or slide.  The price per scan is $0.50.  We can even restore your damaged photo, negative or slide at the time of scanning.  With 120 scans or more first DVD is free.  Less than 120 scans first DVD is $7.50.
